Key Name: Introduction to the Productivity Professionals Certification Program and
General Requirements for Productivity Professionals
- Duration: 2-3 days

- Time to do the test: 150 minutes
- Content: Multiple choice questions and short written questions
- Result: >= 70/100 points -> Direct interview.
- In case of not getting 70 points, candidates are allowed to register for re-writing test
01 time, within 06 months from the end date of taking the test

Required documents include:
- Curriculum Vitae, with 01 photo 4 x 6 cm
- The University Certificate;
- Training certificates related to the field of productivity;
- A description of the productivity improvement project implemented and comments from
project client (according to certification level requirements)

Check registration documents:
- Verify the information in the Application Form, the candidate's profile, documents;
- Verification of training attendance and passing written test requirements;
- Verify all relevant criteria matching the registration level

- Time: 45 minutes
- Content: Face-to-face/online interview
- Result: the candidate meets the requirements for certification
In case of unsatisfactory requirements, candidates are allowed to re-apply for an interview
times, within 6 months from the end of the interview.

The Chairman of the Productivity Professional Certification Council approves the decision
intends to issue certification to candidates who meet the requirements according to the level of registration
certification;
