Located in the framework of a conference to promote cooperation between APO and ASEAN, Vietnam Productivity Institute (VNPI) and Electricity of Vietnam (EVN) signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the witness of Minister of Science and Technology Tran Van Tung, General Secretary of the Asian Productivity Organization (APO) as well as all delegates attending the Conference. The framework of the conference to promote cooperation between APO and ASEAN, Vietnam Productivity Institute (VNPI) and Vietnam Electricity (EVN) signed a Memorandum of Understanding in cooperation with the Deputy Minister. Science and Technology Tran Van Tung, Secretary General of the Asian Productivity Organization (APO) as well as all the delegates attending the Conference.
